This program is carried out in our well-equipped gym space in the clinic.   • You start with a 60 minute assessment with your physiotherapist. They will discuss your health history and understand your goals. They will also perform a physical assessment to evaluate your current strength, mobility, and function. The therapist will give you a customized plan for your training sessions
  • Your training sessions will be carried out by our personal training, based on the recommendations of your physiotherapist. We will monitor your progress and goals throughout the program, and modify and progress your training program as you go.
