She holds a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Disorders and Sports Physiotherapy from NITTE University in India, where she graduated as the top academic performer.

Lucky has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, having completed training through Levels 1 to 3 with Pelvic Health Solutions, alongside Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. She continues to build on her clinical foundation through ongoing training, including a Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, the McKenzie Method for the lumbar spine, the Mulligan Concept, and a dedicated running rehabilitation program, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning.

She takes a whole-person approach to care, combining manual therapy, medical acupuncture, and individualized exercise programs with a strong focus on helping clients understand their bodies and take an active role in their own recovery. Lucky is especially passionate about making pelvic health care approachable and judgment-free, and enjoys helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them.
