Lauren is a dedicated Physiotherapist Assistant with a lifelong passion for movement and functional health. Lauren holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies and a Master of Public Health from Queen’s University. With over two years of experience as a personal trainer, she brings a strong foundation in exercise science, strength training, and client-centred coaching.

She is committed to helping patients build functional strength, improve mobility, and feel confident and independent in their daily lives. Lauren’s approachable nature and evidence-informed approach empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.

A former competitive soccer player and Athlete of the Year at Etobicoke Collegiate Institute, Lauren continues to stay active on the field and complements her training with long-distance running, pilates, and yoga. She brings this diverse athletic background into her clinical work, helping patients build strength, mobility, and confidence in themselves.
