Adam Gabay
In 2015, Adam graduated from the University of Toronto with a Life Sciences degree specializing in human physiology. Driven by a passion for healthcare, he went on to complete his entry-to-practice Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2021 from Brunel University in London, England.

Adam takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with each patient to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for managing their pain, injuries, and vestibular conditions. His goal is always to help patients return to the activities that matter most to them. He places a strong emphasis on patient education, ensuring that everyone he treats understands their condition and the reasoning behind their care. Exercise prescription and manual therapy are central to his practice, and he strives for every session to leave patients feeling more informed and more confident in managing their own recovery.

Outside the clinic, Adam enjoys long walks, HIIT workouts, and spending time with friends over board games and movies. He has also been practicing Judo for the past three years, and continues to enjoy the challenge the martial art brings.
