Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from McGill University in 1992 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2021. For 24 years, Natalie’s focus was on orthopedic physical therapy, but in the last six years has advanced her professional career to focus on women’s pelvic health through all life stages.
She is the founder and creator of Pelacore, a pelvic core on-demand fitness subscription program used by people, physical therapists, and instructors worldwide as a bridge between physiotherapy and returning to gym settings or as a stand-alone fitness program. She is also the author of “Leak No More – What your parents never told you about good bladder and bowel habits.” Natalie is passionate about educating the public early to prevent or diminish the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction.
Natalie was born and raised in Montreal but has lived and practiced physiotherapy for the last thirty years in the United States, both in Boca Raton, Florida, and Los Angeles, California. She is excited to return to Canada to practice! She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and her beloved dog, Charlie.
