Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Cheryl graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 1995. She left for Boston shortly after graduation to continue further post graduate studies in Sports Medicine, Orthopedic, Paediatric and Geriatric Manual Therapy. She is licensed and registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. In 2005, she completed training in osteopathy and is certified as an osteopathic manual practitioner.
She has incorporated osteopathy manual therapy in her practice for various conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, torticollis, colic, inner ear infection, sinusitis, concussions, TMJ dysfunctions, Orthopedics & Sports injuries, digestive, gynecology & obstetrics, paediatric related conditions.
As a mother of 2 children, she has naturally developed a special passion for health in women, newborns, children, teens and elderly. She has acquired further training in Matt and Reformer Stott Pilates and is a certified Pelvic Floor physiotherapist.
In addition to work, she enjoys water activities like windsurfing, sailing, paddle boarding, swimming, and also hiking and bike riding. She loves traveling and learning about other cultures and is passionate about better living.
